You may purchase our products by using this Site and these Terms rule all purchases that are made by consumers of LETS SHOP LTD. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site or purchase any of our products.

Limitation of Liability:
LETS SHOP LTD. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the content and materials on this site or the performance of the products after purchase, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Price:
The price payable for the products is as shown on the site. Prices advertised on the site are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, but are exclusive of any delivery charges. Any delivery charges are shown separately when checking out.
Prices are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders which have already been accepted by us.
If you order products from the site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Only one discount coupon code may be applied per order. The conditions of use relating to any discount coupon code will be specified at the time of issue of the discount coupon. A discount coupon code cannot be used after your order has been placed or where the coupon code has expired.  However, if you forgot to apply the discount and assuming we have not shipped the order we are happy for you to cancel your order and place a new one with the voucher code applied.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a product has mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LETS SHOP LTD. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders completed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled by us, you will be issued a refund to your credit card for the amount of the incorrect price.
In the event that a product has mistakenly listed incorrect information, we do not accept any legal liability for the information mistakenly placed but will correct it as a matter of urgency once we become aware of the problem.

Placing of orders:
Once you have placed an order for any of our products online, you will receive an email confirming your order which contains full details.
However, where a product is listed as “out of stock”, we will backorder the product on your behalf.  If you change your mind you can cancel the backorder at any time.

Delivery:
After your order has been processed we will ship them to you at the address provided by you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time is generally 3-5 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

However, estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors

• The Product’s availability with us and
• The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:

While we wish to see every order succeed, in the event you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may initiate a cancellation of a completed order placed by you through your account on the site, via email or by contacting our customer service team via telephone. For cancellation, returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

We may cancel a completed order placed by you if the product ordered is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made, in accordance with the refund procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

Payments:

We offer payment by credit or debit card (VISA and Master Card) and all are secured by payments. However, we reserve the right to offer less than our full range of payment options. Your order will be processed only upon authorisation of full payment in advance.
Invoices, order breakdowns and vouchers shall be provided in electronic form only.
If you pay by card, your card will be authorised and charged on the day you place your order.

Your Account:
For you to be able to access certain functionalities on the site, transact or purchase any of our products, you must have a registered account. You only have the right to register one (1) account on the site. We reserve the right to delete duplicate accounts, deny any users who do not comply with our Terms and Conditions the right to use their account and also edit or delete their accounts without prior notice.

When you register an account, you will be asked to state some personal details. If you do not state this information, we will not register an account. You are responsible for assuring that all information you enter as part of the registration process is correct, complete and up to date. We will notify you by email when your registration is completed. You are responsible for keeping your personal log-in information secure and confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Unfortunately, we do not serve individuals in all countries. If at the time of registration for an account, your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, then we do not serve and cannot ship to your country at the time. By registering for an account with us through the site you warrant that you are a resident in one of the serviced countries.

If you are under 18, you may use the site and transact thereon only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
